The Mad Moo was born from a passion for great food and a desire to make a difference. Just over a year ago, our founder was homeless, piecing together a life while living out of a tent. But dreams, like smoke, have a way of rising, and The Mad Moo is proof of that.
Today, we're proudly serving mouthwatering smoked meats and incredible burgers at markets across North Wales, including Wrexham and Mold. Our goal? To establish permanent locations throughout the region, bringing our unique flavours and community spirit to even more people.
But The Mad Moo is more than just delicious food. We believe in giving back to the communities that support us. That's why we have a "Pay It Forward" scheme, offering free meals to those in need. Because everyone deserves a hot meal and a helping hand, especially those facing the same challenges our founder once did.
